There’s a simple charm about souvenir shop t shirts. You’ll find them in museum gift shops, airports, those random bazaar shops around the city, anywhere that attracts foreigners. We wanted to create a design inspired by them, picking an ancient Egyptian process that still exists to this day. A weaving technique that has stood the test of time is the vertical loom, used primarily for large tapestries and rugs. Existing since the old kingdom and most likely till the end of time.
